Pre-Construction

1. Purchase or select a lot. (We’ll build on our lot or yours)
2. Sign a contract with us, for the home and features you select.
3. Prepare the building site, including land clearing and grading, and staking out the location where the home will be built.

Construction

4. Permitting. We’ll take care of final details, such as building permits and scheduling a pre-construction meeting.
5. Lay the foundation. The first part of your new home will be pouring of the foundation.
6. Construct the frame of your new home. At this point, we conduct the framing inspection and walk-through, an important meeting with a Keira Construction employee to ensure everything is as you asked for it, and all your questions are answered.
7. Add the roof, exterior surface, windows, and doors. Exterior surface options; brick, vinyl siding, hardiboard siding, or Dryvit. Finishing Work.
8. Installation of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Copper water supply, conduit for electrical, and duct work is installed at this stage.
9. Insulation, Drywall, and Prime Paint.
10. Interior baseboards\doors\trim, fixtures and appliances and paint interior.

11. Set up Closing. Once your home is completed, closing will occur and you can enjoy your new home.
