the Ultimate New Home Community
Less than one hour south of Chicago in Green Garden Township at Bruns Road and Center Road, lies Veridian, a pristine section of country set apart for a community of exceptional luxury development by ALPS Development.
ALPS Development is renowned for creating luxury new home communities that are one with their natural setting. Veridian will be our crowning glory. Veridian is located in Green Garden Township, on the southwest corner of Bruns Rd. and Center Rd., 1 mile south of Manhattan-Monee Rd., just south of the Green Garden Country Club. The site is 160 total acres with approximately 90 acres (of the total) designated as open space. There will be 134 single-family lots with the first phase, Treviso, being 48 lots.
The stunning grand entrance will feature waterfalls and fountains. There will be massive columns along the entrance with a stately masonry wall measuring 12 feet high and 200 feet long. These beautiful features will be accented with extensive formal landscaping. This magnificent entrance will set the tone for all who enter Veridian, and once inside, one will be impressed with all that it has to offer.
There are eight lakes throughout the community with Fork Creek on the west side. The open space will feature 3½ miles of paved trails. Part of the trail system will tie into a future and much larger township trail that will combine many miles of scenic trails. Along the trails will be a park, a soccer field and other ball fields, and a covered pavilion to relax, eat lunch or just enjoy nature. The trail will also have sitting areas with benches and a gazebo with a center waterfall flowing into a brook that feeds into the entrance lake.
Veridian lot sizes will range from 15,000 to 25,000 sq. ft. Most lots back up to open space or a lake and many of the lots offer walk-out or look-out basements.
Sewer and water will be provided by Aqua Illinois Water and a full compliment of other services are available including cable and high speed internet access. Construction will begin in Spring 2007 and the first lots will be available in August. |
